Fat loss?

Some areas on certain people are harder to lose weight. I would get leg weights and do alot of jogging. Or stair climbing which also helps the buttocks. I used a diet and weight loss plan that goes over all areas of fat loss. Its called Fat Loss for Idiots and out of every diet plan I think this one is the best.
