pea_tear_griffin123 asked: I am talking about having more muscle mass- not the act of burning calories while doing weight training exercises.
I have read conflicting studies on the subject so any links or expert opinions would be helpful.

Lisa L asked: Dr. Angelo Tremblay’s study showed high intensity is great. The “9 times more fat loss thing ” is exaggerated and did NOT happen, but HIIT is still good.
I guarantee you lift weight hard for 45 minutes you WILL burn A LOT of calories and lose weight.
So WHY do CERTAIN people on here claim this?
