What is a good, safe, effective fat loss supplement?

I have been lifting and taking cytogainer, im up to about 200lbs but i want my stomach to be more defined, it usually is in the mornings or right after an intense workout, but disappears as the day goes on. I do about an hour of cardio 4 times a week, i see hydroxycut and all those pills but does any of them actually work well or does it just make you not want to eat? any personal experience and info is appreciated.
