Yes, I’m in a hotel hallway. I got an email question about some bodyweight exercises for fat loss from a client that had purchased “The Fat To Fit Program” while I was away doing a crossfit cert in Jacksonville Florida.
You have to take care of your peeps!
AND, yes on the burpee you can throw a pushup in at the bottom of the movement AND yes you can jump up onto a picnic table at the top…or jump up to a chin up…
